All items purchased online are shipped within one-two business days of the order being received. All orders are eligible for free shipping or in-store pick-up.
For items purchased at the store, we accept unworn merchandise with their original tags and receipt within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only.
All items purchased on sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
For online purchases, we accept requests for returns and/or exchanges on all unworn merchandise that is still in its original tags within 15 days of the customer receiving it.
All returns and exchanges must be approved by Magnolia Hill. Return requests made within 10 days of the item's arrival will be given a full refund (excluding shipping & handling costs).
Any return requests made between 10 and 15 days after their arrival date will be given store credit in the form of a gift card for the total amount of their purchase (excluding shipping & handling costs).
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and all purchases after 15 days of their arrival are non-returnable. All items purchased on sale are final.
