Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

Items are shipped for a flat rate of $10 and are mailed within one-two business days of the order being received. 

In-Store Returns

*All items purchased on SALE are non-returnable and non-refundable.*

For items purchased at the store, we accept unworn merchandise purchased at full price with their original tags and receipt within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only.

Online Returns

*All items purchased on SALE are non-returnable and non-refundable.*

For online purchases, we accept requests for returns and/or exchanges on unworn merchandise purchased at full price that still have the original tags within 14 days of the customer receiving it.

All returns and exchanges must be approved by Magnolia Hill. Please email us at magnoliahill53@gmail.com or call us at (706)-507-4415 within 14 days of receiving your purchase to initiate the return process.  The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please send all returns to:

Return requests made within 14 days of the item's arrival will be given a full refund.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and all purchases after 14 days of their arrival are non-returnable. All items purchased on sale are final.
