In-Store Returns

For items purchased at the store, we accept unworn merchandise with their original tags and receipt within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only.

All items purchased on sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Online Returns

For online purchases, we accept requests for returns and/or exchanges on all full-price unworn merchandise that is still in its original tags within 14 days of the customer receiving it.

All returns and exchanges must be approved by Magnolia Hill. Please email us at magnoliahill1658@gmail.com or call us at (706)-243-1303 within 14 days of receiving your purchase to initiate the return process.  The customer is responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. Return requests made within 14 days of the item's arrival will be given a full refund (excluding shipping & handling costs).

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and all purchases after 14 days of their arrival are non-returnable. *All items purchased on sale are final.*
