Shipping policy
- All items purchased online are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx within one-two business days of the order being received.
- The return process for an item is initiated when you email us at magnoliahill1658@gmail.com to request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
- If the return is initiated within 14 days of its arrival, the customer can receive a full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees).
- The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
- All items purchased on regular SALE are non-returnable.
